Anna's home was welcoming and warm. We had a great spring break trip and enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. The neighborhood was close and convenient to many fun activities for the kids. Anna is a responsive host and always accommodating, as this was our second stay at one of her properties. We will be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Bayside. Everything was clean and ready to go for our arrival. Anna was always quick to respond to questions that we had ( We are out of state and are not familiar with the area) We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect place to relax! Thank you!

Anna's home was absolutely amazing! Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home. The weather turned out to be a disaster, however the house made it all better! Ping-bong, ice hockey, plenty of smart TVs to watch movies, space for board games, etc.; the entertainment was non-stop! We ran into a few small issues and Anna resolved them right away! She's very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I'm already looking forward to a follow-up visit!!!

Anna property was amazing, it was great for the family and kids. A lot of space both 1st floor and 2nd floor. Amazing backyard space. Community was great peaceful and quiet. Great for walking and bike riding. Absolutely loved it.

Anna's home was a delightful and welcoming retreat. It comfortably accommodated our family of 14, offering ample space with everything we needed and a variety of activities. We loved the refreshing pool, well-equipped gym, and the safe neighborhood for biking and walking. The proximity to beaches and nearby towns made our stay even more enjoyable. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

This is our 4th time renting from Anna, and we had a blast as usual! We were three families and a total of 11 people. Everyone had plenty of space and we loved grilling and cooking together. The kids sat at the kitchen island, and the grownups were at the table -- a perfect setup. The indoor porch was a lovely bonus to enjoy catching up and the occasional work zoom call. And of course, Bayside was picturesque and had all the extra amenities we could want, from tennis to pools to yoga. Anna's houses in particular always have everything -- from the fully stocked kitchen to the bikes and beach chairs in the garage to the pillows and towels in the closets. We can't wait to try another property next year, thank you for the memories Anna!

The house is Beautifully kept with everything you could need. Even the garage has plenty of bikes. Our group loved the area, riding bikes to the pool or bay for kayaking or runs to grocery store. The house had plenty of room for relaxing or sitting around outside patio. It was a Beautiful house and Beautiful weather to Enjoy All the amenities. Have come several years now and Anna is easy to get in touch with, she responds quickly and answers all your questions. One suggestion would be hooks in the bathrooms. We loved our stay and look forward to next summer. Thanks

We stayed at Anna's property with our entire family of 11 and enjoyed the house very much. Everything was clean upon arrival and the amenities of the house were top notch. Beautiful home!! We will definitely look in to this property again when vacationing at Bethany Beach!

This was our first total family vacation, and we had a wonderful time. The house was amazing and more space than we needed, as there were six adults and two young children. We appreciated having everything we needed for our meal preparations and sharing meals around the huge table. The island was super for breakfast and lunch, and we even used the small table for the toddlers. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood and amenities were even better than advertised. We enjoyed every minute. Having all those bicycles for our use was also much appreciated. We loved everything and will certainly recommend this home to everyone. Anna is an amazing host. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!

My stay at that home was fantastic. It met all our needs and Anna was really great. She was very attentive and resolved any issue or question we had.... I want to know I just want to know I will research her other properties to see if they can fit our needs also. But definitely an excellent experience.

Anna’s home was beautiful, clean and very spacious. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. Anna was very responsive and took every detail into consideration. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were extra pillows and blankets, and bikes and beach chairs were available for use. The self check-in was very convenient. The upstairs seating area was nice for the older kids to relax in their own space. We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay with family in Lewes! The house was in excellent condition and the perfect amount of space for 7 adults and 4 kids. It was wonderful to have a dedicated office space as well. Short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The kids absolutely loved the pools at the clubhouse. Anna was great to work with, answered all my questions quickly, and was super understanding. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We always enjoy coming to Bayside and this trip was no exception! The house was the perfect size to accomodate us. The kids (and adults!) loved the outdoor screened in room. Anna was attentive to all our needs and the bikes in the garage were a great bonus! Looking forward to our next stay!

With 8 adults and 5 kiddos, we found Anna's house to be spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for a great vacation! When we had a question, Anna was readily available to respond. Coastal Club facilities (pool, tennis/pickleball courts) are great and Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk are 20 minutes away with parking available by app. Our second fun vacation there.
