Had a great time with 13 people at this house. Plenty of room, very clean and the house had everything we needed. Wish the house included some pool passes though! Overall, would definitely recommend this house.

We had such a lovely time at Anna’s beautiful home. Since we had lived for 13 years in Bayside, we were very familiar with the property and the question mark was what would our house be like. Anna’s house did not disappoint. The home looked just like the photos. Everyone had their own space. The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach supplies and it was so thoughtful of Anna to think about toys for our grandchildren.
Anna and her husband were so attentive, and that is a really fantastic trait for a landlord! This was a lovely relaxing place. I can tell that both of them are very proud of their home, inside and out.
We enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope to return one day, maybe next year or the following year.

This house was absolutely stunning! Everything inside was immaculate, clean, and refreshingly welcoming. The layout of the home was fantastic. We were two families combined; four adults and five children. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The loft area was great for the kids to have their own hangout spot too! We will definitely rent this home again. Thank you to Anna for sharing her beautiful home with us and helping to make wonderful vacation memories!

We stay at the Coastal Club at the end of June. The house far exceeded our expectations- it looked just like the photos and was beautiful. We stayed with 2 other families, and had 7 kids under 6. Each family had their own floor, and we had plenty of room and bedrooms for everyone.
The amenities at the Coastal Club were awesome. I do wish the bar and food service was available during the week, but I think during non-covid times they would have been. We spent the mornings at the beach, and then put the little kids down for naps, and were able to go over to the pool each night before dinner.
We are looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed at Anna's property on Stonington. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The interior design reflected many personal touches and there was even a bottle of wine and a little note waiting for us when we arrived. The beds are already made with fresh sheets which is a major plus (no making all the beds when you get there.) There were 5 bedrooms and a loft which allowed us a lot of room for our extended family of 9. There were 2 master suites which were perfect. The kids loved the bunk room and the 2 twin bed room and there is another bedroom great for another couple with a bathroom right outside the door. The loft with the tv was perfect for our teen who slept late and hooked up video games for the night time when we stayed in. There were also games and a fun chalkboard wall that the kids played with in there as well. We stayed in and cooked most nights and most days were spent at the pool or the beach. The water slide was amazing fun for the kids and the lounge chairs in the water and the swim up bar was so relaxing for the adults. We went to Dewey beach which was a short 10 minute drive, but we also went to Lewes or Rehoboth which were the same distance. You really had a choice which beach atmosphere you wanted. The house is in a good location to nightlife, restaurants and the ocean. Did I say that the pool was also in walking distance from the house? All in all, we had a very relaxing time and Anna was amazing to work with. She answered all our questions prior to and while we were there. She is even shipping me something I forgot at the house! I would highly recommend this property and Anna!

We may have been the first or second renters at the home on Madaket Way in the Coastal Club community and there are still houses being built on the street. That's how new this house is! The house is fantastic and very well furnished. We had a total of 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 4 months to 10 years. We had plenty of room, ate most of our meals in and played lots of ping pong. The community pools and slide were great fun on the hot days and we could get to downtown Lewes in 10 minutes or less. Anna was probably the most responsive and attentive owner with whom we have ever dealt - a real professional! We definitely made some great memories on this trip!

Stayed at this great home in Bayside the last two weeks of July.

Very quiet part of the development which made morning walks and bike rides very peaceful.

The two separate living areas make this an ideal home for multiple families with children or teens.

Anna was a pleasure to deal with and was always very responsive.

Would definitely book this property again.
