We had a great stay! The property had lot of space for our 3 families, the house was super clean and well stocked - kitchen, bathroom, linens. The house has a nice screened in porch in the back and a grill outside with a chairs. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay- would definitely stay again!

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The home was unbelievably clean, well appointed and exactly as pictured. Nor being able the way I wanted with a big party, I decided to invite my closest friends for a bday weekend getaway. Everyone loves the home. The space, comfortably home, decor and spacious kitchen. We enjoyed the Bayside community experience and will be back. Thank you Anna for the smooth process.

We were invited by my niece to your wonderful vacation home. The property surpasses all expectations. Beds were clean and comfortable. We found the house was clean and sanitized. There was also cleaning supplies available for us. The family room was just that. The Club House/Pool area made us feel as though we were at a resort in a tropical island. EXCELLENT Vacation.

In answer to your question “What can we do better next time.? My answer is, if possible, put a bathroom in the master bedroom in the basement. Please make no mistake, this in no way dampened the wonderful time that was had.

I don’t even think there’s anything you could do better next time! We had an amazing week at the beautiful home we stayed at. We had a total of 14 in our family who stayed, and there was still plenty of room. We did not need anything! The home was well stocked and had everything that we needed. Surely a week was not enough for us. We enjoyed the clubhouse as well and the amenities that club house provided. The neighborhood was quiet. Next to where we stayed there is construction of a new home, we barely heard them working on that house. Anna is so pleasant and any questions that I had, she was very prompt with getting back to me. I can’t say enough about this property. You will NOT be disappointed in booking your stay.

We thought this was the best family vacation home we have ever rented! Extremely comfortable, immaculate and conveniently located. We were 8 adults and 4 children and not a bit crowded. Loved everything about this stay!! Anna was very helpful and pleasant to work with, too!
