The house was perfect and exactly as pictured! The decor was stunning and truly made the house feel like a home away from home. Thank you again to Anna who made the booking process seamless and provided us with a wonderful rental for the third year in a row!

Had a great time relaxing and spending time with family. House had everything we needed. Linens were included, so less to pack. Enjoyed back screened in porch for reading. Neighbors were friendly too 😁

Our family had a wonderful time as this property! It was very clean and had everything we needed plus a lot of extra things that made us feel at home. It was nice to have kids dishes for our little ones along with beach toys, beach chairs and bikes to use while we stayed there. Anna was great to deal with and very quick with responding to any questions about the resort or property. We appreciated her help and would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a perfect "home away from home".

A beautiful home! Just as portrayed in the pictures. We appreciated how clean the property was. We were busy with little ones at the beach, pool, playground (all very nearby) and riding the bikes provided, so we didn't get to spend time on the porch. The linens are a wonderful bonus.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The property is like new and well maintained. The owner is great to work with and the community is full of walking and riding trails. The pool and fitness room are also excellent.

We had a fantastic time at your property — our family of ten had plenty of space and flexibility and the amenities were perfect (including a great introduction to ping pong for our little ones). We made full use of the clubhouse, which has multiple excellent pools and delicious food. Location was very convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches and we also made it out to Bethany a couple times. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our stay was excellent! The house was roomy and comfortable, with excellent lounge space and a well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. The bikes were a nice tough. We recommend the community passes for the pool, which was a hit!! Live music, a bar, and restaurant. Only 10 minutes to the ocean too.
